🕓 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

During peak seasons (e.g., new kit releases, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification with tracking information once it ships.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your selection at checkout.

Customers in the Chicago area can choose Free Local Pickup during checkout.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

Pickup Hours: Mon–Thur, 10 AM – 5 PM
🌎 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our online store.
If you are interested in an international order, please contact us at amber@chicagocitysoccerclub.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at amber@chicagocitysoccerclub.com with your order number.
🔁 Lost or Damaged Packages
Chicago City SC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
However, we’re happy to help you file a claim or replace items whenever possible.
