Chicago City SC is proud to announce the launch of its new College and High School Elite Player Pro Pathway, designed to elevate the next generation of talent through a dynamic and comprehensive development experience.

This innovative pathway creates a professional-style training environment, offering players consistent exposure to high-level competition through friendly matches at the local, regional, and national levels — and, beginning in 2026, international opportunities.

By expanding the competitive landscape and fostering player growth, Chicago City SC is helping ambitious athletes pursue collegiate, professional, and international careers while maintaining the club’s commitment to technical excellence, tactical education, and character development.

Building Champions, Creating Pathways

CITY continues to raise the standard in player development through its highly successful Women’s and Men's Programs, both built on excellence, opportunity, and progression.

Our Women’s Program has established a strong legacy, providing a proven pathway for high-performing high school and collegiate players through competition in the WPSL and USL W leagues. Over the years, City has achieved remarkable success — finishing 2nd in the WPSL in 2019 and 2nd in the USL W in 2023. Many City Girls have earned college scholarships, while several have advanced to professional careers across South America, Europe, and Australia. City continues to empower female athletes, creating opportunities and inspiring the next generation to dream bigger and reach higher.

On the men’s side, CITY were crowned USL2 Heartland Division Champions in 2023, reaching #1 in the country four times, including three consecutive weeks leading into the playoffs. Our men’s program features a strong core of homegrown talent, with a focus on elevating Academy players into the senior environment to pursue their collegiate and professional dreams. During the 2024 season, three high school Academy players made their league debuts, with even more expected to follow in 2025.
